SMS Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Patrick handles information used for customer-care text messaging through Patrick FD.

Information we process

When you text a participating clinic, Patrick processes your mobile number, message content, message timestamps, delivery status, and opt-out status to provide and operate the service. If a clinic initiates a conversation based on consent collected through its own intake process, the clinic is responsible for maintaining that consent evidence.

How we use information

• Send and receive the customer-care messages you requested.
• Support appointment and front-desk service workflows with your clinic.
• Honor HELP and STOP requests and prevent messages after an opt-out.
• Maintain interaction-source, security, delivery, and compliance records.

Mobile information sharing

We do not sell or share mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers only as needed to operate and deliver the messaging service, or when required by law. Those providers may not use it for their own marketing.

Your choices

SMS enrollment is optional. Reply STOP at any time to revoke SMS consent. Reply HELP for help or contact your clinic directly. A confirmed opt-out stops further program messages except for one opt-out confirmation.

Retention and security

We retain message, delivery, and opt-out records as needed to document your choices and meet legal, carrier, security, and operational requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we maintain.
