SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern Patrick customer-care text messages sent through Patrick FD.

Program description

Patrick sends transactional customer-care and support messages for participating chiropractic clinics. Messages may address patient questions, appointment scheduling or changes, cancellations, billing or insurance questions, and other front-desk service needs. The program is not a source of emergency assistance or medical advice.

Consent and frequency

A participating clinic may message you after you text its published number first or after you affirmatively consent through a clinic-owned intake process. Merely providing a phone number is not consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity with your clinic.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Patrick does not charge a separate fee for the SMS program.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message and no further program messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or contact your clinic directly.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Patrick handles contact, consent, messaging, and delivery information.

Availability

Delivery is subject to wireless-network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
